My name is Corey Preston. I am a Trauma-informed Mental health and Recovery Coach with over six years of experience supporting individuals who feel stuck and overwhelmed due to Mental health challenges.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I worked in peer support roles with both youth and adults. I supported people through addiction, mental health struggles, anxiety, depression, and emotional burnout. But more than that, I have lived it.

I have personally overcome deep trauma, addiction, and homelessness. I know what it feels like to be in survival mode, to feel like no one understands, and to carry pain that seems impossible to escape. My journey taught me how to rebuild from the inside out, and that is what I now help others do.

Everything I teach is rooted in lived experience and proven tools that work in the real world.

My coaching blends somatic healing, nervous system regulation, structured routine building, and mindset reprogramming. You will not just talk about your pain, you will learn how to move through it with clarity and strength.

Clients who work with me receive full support and high accountability. I provide weekly private coaching sessions, daily Monday to Friday check-ins, and additional calls or texts as needed. My goal is not to keep you dependent on me, but to equip you with everything you need to heal long term.
