Mental Health Simplified ("we", "I") is run by Corey Preston in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how it is used, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Sign-up forms: your first name, email address, the page you signed up from, and the date and time you gave consent.
• Application and speaking forms: the answers you choose to share, your name, email and (optionally) phone number.
• Visit counts: which pages are viewed and which website sent you there. This is counted privately on our own server, without cookies and without storing your IP address. We use no advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To send you the 7-Day Reset and emails you asked for.
• To reply to your application or enquiry and book calls.
• To improve this website.

We never sell your information. Application answers are read only by Corey.

Who processes it

Your details are stored securely on our own website server, hosted by Hostinger, and emails are sent from our own mailbox. Payments are handled by Square; we never see or store your card details. Hostinger and Square may store data outside Canada under their own privacy and security safeguards.

Email and consent

We only email you with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting the contact email on this website.

Security

This site uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are sent securely and stored only as long as needed.
